Basic Strum |
This is the head of my Fawley-Tubaphone longneck. I copied the design, Celtic Spirals, from Tommy Makem's banjo. The pattern on the strap is Celtic Rings. I'll be playing Irish songs in a couple of places, on and around St. Patrick's Day, and, given my great admiration for the Bard of Armagh, it just felt like the right thing to do.

Very cool. Tommy would be quite honored. I'm hoping to see your banjo "in the flesh" in April.
