Not enough superlatives about Sammy's playing ! I love his sense of rhythm when he plays as he kind of bounces to the beat. Not only does he tear up a solo but really knows how to play behind a singer with great musical "answers" to the vocal phrasing. He plays with great tone which, to me, comes as much from the fingers of the player as it does from the qualities inherent in the instrument
