I'd guess, hmmmm, take into account lighting, hmmmm, quartered Khaya senegalensis, the odd species of african that "Resembles" So. American hondo. Could be that'un cause I know you're "PICKY", yep, Swientenia macrophylla, possibly S. humilis. (S. America) I will have some squares of Cuban(cut in Jamaica 1908) Mahogany, S. mahogani, @. 2.5 x 2.5 x 36' in Feb. -ish next yr. I guess that makes it vintage and rare stock!! It's plywood and I bought the guitar for $110,damaged.
I was going to work on it and sell it,but I ended up just flipping it for 165.
Solid spruce top/laminate back and sides.
Washburn D10S.Plays good.
