An attempt to raise the cultural level in Texas with my display at the 2011 Texas Library Association Convention in Austin. Four banjos by: Chuck Lee, Bob Thornburg (gourd and tackhead) and Eric Prust (13" Boucher-style). Humidity in the Austin Convention Center was way high on the second day. I spent a lot of time keeping the skin heads and gut strings of the early banjos tight and in tune. The skin head on the Lee was not bothered much. (Photo by the Storyteller/Banjoplayer)
