from an email a couple of days ago...."Just got back from the doctors and will begin weaning off the walking cast, starting with at night. Next and hopefully last appointment is Jan. 9. The only possible set back will be if the scab falls off the lower incision and reveals hardware. Then they would need to stitch it together!"
