After working 30 years in the airline industry, Trudy and I are now traveling around the country with our Casita Travel Trailer. Although we were both born and raised in Ohio, we now live in North Central Florida and belong to the Lone Star Dutch Oven Society. We travel 2 months in the spring and 2 months in the fall to cook at dutch oven gatherings. We recently got interested in chuck wagon cookoffs while we were out west. We have been judges and cooked with the 1850 chuck wagons.
I look forward to joining in playing my banjo around campfires as we travel.
