i get so dishearten to hear how everyone is progressing and i have been trying to play for 8 months on the 23rd of oct ,

And counting, still very slow progress, songs don't sound like songs to me, boil them cabbage down, just notes but i am hooked and i am working on my next year of trying to learn to play the banjo!! keep at it if you have stopped, just keep plucking away they say it will come one day, and I tell you all a secret, I am ready for that day to get here!!! keep at it, never ever ever give up!!

	lamylouy says: 2/24/2012 2:31:45 PM Thanks glad I am not alone. I feel as I am still doing baby steps. Haven't finished my first book for the tenor banjo. Can kinda play the cords and tabs. Maybe I should start praciting Christs song for the end of the year. Banjo Jane
lg9455 says: 2/24/2012 4:37:06 PM Oh, you two are not alone, I suffered a setback when I had surgery on both arms. It is like I just started yesterday. no speed or control but alot of heart. That is what it takes and both of you have that. Don't give up, Build it and they will come.
