I'm sitting here munching on some salmon jerky my friend gave me a few samples of. I'd never tried this before and now I'm hooked. When Jeremy first made some of this and brought it to one of the Pop Warner football games it was all gone in about 5 minutes. GRIN. All of us parents (grandparents) told him, "man you've got to start making bigger batches if you're going to share." By the end of the season he'd set up and is now doing it as a business. If you've never tried it you can get some at http://www.santacruzsalmonjerky.com Iingredients; Canadian King salmon with a marinade of tamari, water, soybean, salt, alcohol, organic sugar, honey, saki, rice, torula yeast, spices, garlic puree, ginger puree, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, canola oil, plum juice, xanthium gum and he claims it's 97% fat free and gluten free. Whatever, it's yummy.
Anyone else ever try making some of this?
