When Deering put the Red Maple with the 06 Tone ring.. that made one hellofa Banjo pot.They are really on to something with that combo.

Do you thinh should I inspect that red maple violin grade rim contact with the tone ring or better not to go that far,since I am so pleased with the sound..?
