Anybody tabbed out the electric guitar part for banjo?
It's the part that plays in the background during the vocal.
Thanks,
-Jeff

D**n! This is a completely viral song and it is now stuck in my head for the rest of the month just from reading the title on the Tablature page.

What is a 'viral' song....?
... A bad thing?

A viral song would be one you can't get out of your head that plays over and over and over ... Amie's one for me. Tie A Yellow Ribbon is another. Typically, for me anyway, pop music from my teenage years.

The correct spelling is "Amy"... this may help in a net search.

Stanger,
On their 1972 "Bustin Out" album, the title of the song is "Amie"

I worked out an arrangement of 'Amie' by P.P.L., but it doesn't include the electric guitar part..
Any interest, drop a line, I'll send arrangement...

Hey guys...
When I submitted the 'Amie' arrangement...I worked on it for quite a while over the course of three days...when I thought I was done with it, something didn't sound quite right but I didn't know what it was...so I put it up anyway...
At any rate, I finally listened to it again just a few minutes ago and found the problem...
When it gets to the chorus...where they're singing 'Amie...what you wanna do?." I should have been using an F chord for solo and back-up...and then going to the C...I left the F out entirely...
I have 're-done that measure (it occurs twice in the chorus), marked it as having been 'fixed' and put in the correct supporting F chord in the guitar back-up...
I'm re-submitting the new, 'fixed' Amie for fellow BHO'rs!

Tom, I've been looking for Amie since I started playing, about 10 months ago. Alot of good memories w/ that song! Would appreciate the tab if you get a chance.(You can just send your whole tab file if you want,
because it seems like everything that I'm looking for you have tabbed)
Thanks for all your kindness and effort you put into this forum.
Dave
