Banjo was purchased new in June (2014) through Elderly Instruments for $1,595. It was played alot over a couple of months so there is a small discoloration on the head where I rested my finger. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition. Sounds amazing. LOVE this banjo but don't want a scoop. The hard shell case it came with is really nice and is included in the price.
