Huber Vintage model with "Gull Wing" fingerboard inlay. This banjo has not been played much. The guy I bought it from said that the guy he bought it from was a beginner and didn't play it much. I bought it to have as an extra in case something happened to my other Huber.
The neck is straight grained maple. The resonator is mahogany. There's some fogging on the nickel plating which is normal for nickel plating even when it's new. I hope that someone can use this banjo because it's a great banjo overall. The original tone ring will come with it so you have all the original equipment. This banjo sounds great with the vintage tone ring too or I would not have bought it with the vintage ring in it! I promise you'll love this banjo.

I have an HR-30 tone ring that I bought from Huber. I put it in this banjo for about 2 months. It really sounded like a prewar mastertone and and had so much volume,but even with the "vintage" tone ring it had excellent tone and volume. This is and excellent banjo, It would really stand out in a jam or aband. I'm willing to sell it with the HR-30,but I paid 795.00 for it new,well it's still new. I would like get $600.00-$ 650.00 extra if I put the HR-30 in it. I would let the new owner have the original ring also!
