I believe they are a luthier run by and for individuals in long term addiction recovery. Didn't know they were making banjos, but if they are, I'm sure they're excellent.
I know of Troublesome Creek Stringed Instrument Company. They make a few banjos, but are mostly a guitar company, as well as mandolins and dulcimers.
