Hi. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with Homespun/Purple Player. I guess this was originally Homespun Video, then Homespun DVD. Over the years I have bought hundreds of pounds worth of video tutorials from the Homespun website. Tony Trischka, Béla Fleck, and many others of banjo tutorials, guitar, ukulele etc. Recently I haven’t been able to access any of them. When I try to get access to my library at Homespun, I end up in a loop. Log in-no luck-change password-no sorry can’t do that-try to set up new account - send me back to login-no luck-change password- etc etc. It looks like they still sell video tutorials. Please help!

Describe your problem. They will create a support ticket and get back to you. I have not had to contact them in years, but they were very helpful in the past.
Which "app" are you using on your computer ? Platform Purple, Purple Media Access, or the old Homespun Instant Access ?
I have all three still working OK.
