What is it that I am not getting? Does 32 oz. Net now equal 24 oz.?

Were the actual contents 24 oz.?
Maybe somebody guzzled a cupful in the store and then just put the lid back on?( If so, the culprit should be close by and uh... soiled.)
I put 12 ounces in a hose end sprayer bottle, then put about 8 ounces of blue colorant, and finally several ounces of MSO (sticker spreader). This was for 10,000 SF of my lawn (half of my 20,000 SF. When I finished that mix, I did the same thing again and it took the entire remainder of the bottle. I started wondering if maybe if I put 8 ounces in the sprayer bottle twice before adding 4 ounces which would have been a total of 20 ounces rather than 12. However I was sure that I did not do that. So I went in the house and poured three 8 ounce measuring cups of water into the Amine container and that filled the entire bottle ......... 24 ounces.

Thanks for clarifying. That's just a plain old ripoff!
I would write a letter to the co. and cc the retailer and any relevant agencies in your area.

I saved the bottle and will take it to the store and watch them try and get 32 ounces in it. ![]()
DW was shopping for trashbag liners. She picked up a box. It felt light. She opened it up. It was empty. The whole shelf stock of that item was this way!
Another lady watched her open the box. It was like it didn't register in the spectator's mind. She looked at DW like she stole the bags that were not there.
We just figured she was a bodran player. BOOM!

Attorney General's office. Stated contents are regulated, some states are more strict than others. A 5% variance from claimed contents is usually acceptable. If the labeling is wrong it is either fraud or a mistake that needs correcting.
Problem solved!
The attached photo is the plastic beaker I used to measure the Amine and when I filled it to the 8 oz. Mark with water and poured it into the empty bottle I could only get 3 oz. beakers in. Something didn’t make sense so I took an 8 oz. measuring cup and put water into the Amine bottle. It took 4 cups …..
32 ounces. I then took the 8 ounce measuring cup and poured it into the plastic beaker. It took about 11 ounces to get it up to the 8 oz. mark.
What I am now thinking is that I got that beaker with a granular chemical and the ounce marks are for the dry weight of that particular product.

I hear ya! We have purslane here. It's some really persistent stuff. It's rhizomatous, so even if you yank it all out; one little bit of root left in the ground will produce more purslane. My neighbor the well intentioned organic gardener, tells me it's edible. I told him, "C'mon over and bring a fork!

LOL ..... my son takes care of a 12 acre major college golf team practice facility in a downtown setting surrounded by high rise apartments and other buildings ..... pretty tough environment for growing grass. He will often give me a magic potion that he no longer uses, so I usually don't have to go out and buy stuff.
I have a terrible invasive vine that was identified as "Winter's Creeper". It has destroyed several of my large walnut trees and others. We have cut the large vines with a chainsaw, but new ones keep springing up. I have been told I will have a never ending battle with this enemy. This year I have purchased a three-point sprayer to try and keep it in check.
