The programmable weapon is designed to be concealed and silent, but doesn’t create heat like a traditional microwave oven. It can be controlled remotely and can penetrate several hundred feet through windows and drywall, according to the outlet.

The programming of the weapon shapes a unique electromagnetic wave that rises and pulses abruptly, which can target soft brain tissue — possibly tied to sudden attacks of debilitating neurological symptoms reported by hundreds of American personnel stationed overseas and within the US since at least 2016.

the US bought one from a russian undercover and have been testing it... so thats always something to think about.

Yes ..... saw that last night on 60 minutes.  I have seen that before, but this program update told about our undercover operators actually buying one from some Russian outfit.

Say what?!?!?    Designed to be concealed???   Won't that be problematic for "open carry" people/states?  cheeky

My weapon against my MIL, was an oven as well... to out-cook her. Yes, it was rare, but I actually accomplished it a few times. It would upset her for days. One occasion was when I baked pies with homemade shortcrust. Brad

Wasn't it in our embassy in Cuba where the first occurrence of those mysterious neurological symptoms happened?

400 years ago in Scotland the Scotts warriors would take a group of pipers along to play the pipes nice and loud. On several occasions the enemy detected that as a gang of demons from hell and they would turn and run away. [The group was probably known as the Bagpipes Hangout.]

It's as old as electromagnetic theory. A lot depends on the frequency, the type of antenna that's transmitting, and power.

I did some work a long time ago in which we were very careful where we stood when transmitting, but we were much closer to the antenna.
