Here's a tablature of a Scruggs style arrangement for Red Wing. It's a song that has come to be a traditional folk song, but it was actually composed by a couple of Tin Pan Alley guys named Kerry Mills and Thurland Chattaway. It was copyrighted in 1907. The original sheet music refers to it as an "Indian Intermezzo".
