And I sure as hello didn't "inadvertently" submit the post twice, so there's something else amiss.
Fwiw, I've cleared my cache/cookies a couple of times in the past couple of days .... for an unrelated issue.

I've reported the problem to Eric and he's probably trying to fix it.
