I pay $129.00 (for some odd reason) for Microsoft 365 Business, but it will not let me see items that are sent to be by some clients. I get a message that says I have successfully logged on but
"Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin.
Sign out and sign in with a different account"
The problem is that #1 - I do not have another account to log in from and #2 I am the only user on my account and I do not have an administrator. Microsoft Help is equally as bad and offers zero solutions, except #! sign on with a different account or #2 contact you administrator.
And try finding "Live Chat" or any real help anywhere! If it exists, I sure can't find it!

Thanks Sherry ..... right click on what?

I just put my mouse on the software and instead of left clicking it to start the software, I right click it. That brings up a little window with several different items on it. Just right click administrator (or admin) and that should start the software. Don't know if it will work for you, but it works for me on my computer ... not my cell phone or tablet... my desktop computer.
I'd suggest that you pose the question to an AI chatbot, such as Copilot or Gemini. I bought a new car last summer that has an extensive array of features on the infotainment system. I've found the chatbots to be easier to use and more reliable than the user's manual when I have questions or problems with the system.
For anyone still paying big money to MS, I'm perfectly happy with LibreOffice, an open source office suite, that deals with MS formatted files too: https://www.libreoffice.org/
I'm genuinly surprised that nobody mentioned this before...

Be careful if you criticize the folks at Microsoft. I just got an email from them saying they are reviewing my last message to them and sent me a copy of their "Code of Conduct". In other words, you are not allowed to become frustrated at their crappy organization, and criticize them for being less than efficient. They kept sending me the same "solution" to my problem when time and again I told them their answer wasn't even close to what I was asking. I could never get anything but a canned, senseless response when I asked how I could access and "online" chat with an agent ....... even if it was with a robot. The answer was that their technicians no longer took in person call ....... not what I was asking. They also characterize tying in all caps as shouting, so that is not allowed. They said they are also committed to diversity and equity, which I have zero idea what that has to do with registering a complaint!
It's no help with your problem John, but I'm surprised that you're surprised. From what I see, not answering questions is pretty standard in all aspects of society. [I wonder what proportion of BHO questions get non-answers/responses/rebuttals/replies/put-downs/?? rather than an actual answer.]
Some of my current drivel: I was in hospital overnite a couple of weeks back. They usually want a list of medications... my preference is to write it on a piece of paper, but my wife thinks a print-out from the pharmacy is "better" ... so you know how this went.
[Not knowing how long we'd be away from home I'd taken my 7-day "pill organizer." ... I mentioned it to the nurse though I know hospitals like to dispense their own meds to patients, and all was well.] Annahow the pharmacy had an error on their print-out, but I fixed it toot-de-sweet with a ball-point pen and my initials.
When discharge time came, the nurse said she could fax my prescription(s) to our yocal pharmacy. Huh ?!?!? In that I still had 1 [3-month] refill on file there, I asked "why?" Instead of answering, she simply repeated her offer. So I repeated my question. So she repeated the offer, adding that "...it was up to me." I think I replied something like ".... not seeing the point" and the matter seemed to be dropped. [But, in fairness (?) I has asked whether there were any changes to my prescriptions and she was able to "answer" that one directly enough.] After getting back I had the one remaining refill filled, and the label now says that I have a further "1 refill remaining" ..... so ..........????

I saw that too Jeff, but that was not the problem. As it turned out, the problem was on the other end (from the sender), but took me two days from Microsoft to find that out.

You are right ..... many will not answer questions.
I went for a lung CT scan about a month ago and the report came back that I had a .223 milliliter nodule. My two previous scans had reported a 6mm nodule. Why two reports came back in millimeters and the third in milliliters, I have no idea. I did some research and found that a 6mm cube was about .216 ml, therefore the nodule had not grown appreciably. Therefore I canceled my visit to the pulmonologist that has been monitoring the nodule, which my internist said would be fine to do if the nodule had not grown. So next I get a message from my internist saying do not cancel my pulmonologist visit (which I had already done). I wrote back to my internist's nurse and told her that 6mm = .216 ml. and got another reply. She never acknowleged my message. She just wrote "Do not cancel your pulmonologist visit". I then got a letter from the pulmonologist who had read the CT scan ......"good news, your nodule has not grown". My visit remained canceled!

There's a disclaimer on that 1 off day.
LOL ..... probably right. I did finally get a message that answered by question. But I still don't know how to access a live chat.
