Sad to hear Todd Snyder passed away this weekend. Wrote alot of thought provoking humorous songs...and a great storyteller in between songs onstage. You've probably heard some of his songs somewhere at some time...regardless, and I'm sure they put a smile on your face. RIP Todd.

We have caught Todd several times over the years, and much like with John Prine, you come to feel like he is a friend, someone you know and like a lot. He always shared more than his music, he shared himself----and rarely spared himself. He presented to the world warts and all without pretense. I was sad at his passing but not too surprised as he had been in a downward spiral for awhile. He barely survived the pandemic, not the virus but the isolation and the passing of so many of his heros. He is always on my Pandora playlist and I will always smile when I hear his music.
He will be missed. 
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
