If you are not looking for a metal armrest than the Little Mountain armrest sold by Gold Tone, Banjoteacher.com, and Elderly will do as the mounting posts adjust for spacing. They are made of both wood or Corian with metal mounting posts.

You might also be able to use one of the wire style armrests that Bob Smakula sells. They adjust to fit a lot of bracket spacings.
