Certainly looks like a CE product, but not the Paragon, which has a ledge where the flange sits. This does not appear to have that ledge. However that central hexagonal boss doe look CE. I have seen a very similar resonator on a Jedson, maybe it`s one of CE`s aftermarket items. The Paragon resos also had two concentric rings on the concave face.
