As someone who was born and grew up looking at the Clyde, your post caught my attention. Well done, sir. Mind you, your Dad must have been awfully young to have left just after WW1?

Boog, I can’t even believe it, but I think you and I got to know each other back around 2005 or 2006 right here on the banjo hangout. Can I tell you in complete honesty: I thought back then you were truly amazing and today my respect for you and you’re playing is even greater! You showed me some licks over the years, but I think you just have what I totally lack: it’s in your blood, you can bring it out with your instrument, all I can do is just sit back and enjoy!
