Could blow through that, make a sound somewhat like an elephink. Called it my Tiger Remover.
Would toot that on the front porch, tell the grandkids that it was VERY effective, since there were no tigers within earshot, once I'd finished.
Not as scary as Mrs. Figmo's item, but not bad, for just a leftover from a remodel.
