Does anyone know the head size of a 1920's Langstille Deluxe tenor banjo? The old head is either a 10 7/8 or a 10 13/16? Any help is much appreciated.

If no one chimes in with a definitive answer, I suggest a flexible measuring tape (like those used by seamstresses) to get the circumference rather than a ruler for the diameter. This eliminates the problem of out-of-round and magnifies the difference between 10 7/8 and 10 13/16 by a factor of three.
