The Traditional Tune Archive has notation. Not sure how close it is to the video. It is attributed to a man named James Hill, first published in the 1880s.

It sounds like a different tune, but a great one. The bowing indicated (some of us banjo pickers are fiddle selectors too) is the classic bowing I have seen taught for Irish hornpipes; slurring from the offbeat to the on beat.
