Hi banjo friends!

I play this song with my first "Paramount", which is a "Style B" that is over a hundred years old. I have always been fascinated by the Paramounts, especially when they get a transparent head, which allows me to see inside.

You have done it again Marco! As soon as I see a post from you, Don, or Laurence, I know I’m about to watch and hear a gem!

Marco, can you tell us a little info on your guitar as well. It has a lot of similarities to the L7 CNE that was given to me by my dear friend, the late Borgy Borgerson who I played with for many years including the FIGA convention in New Orleans where we first met and played with the wonderful Don Lewers.

Hi Ernie, the guitar I played here is a "Framus", mod. "Sorella", built in 1957.

Great playing my friend! I remember many years ago a picture of Madonna (The pop star) with a T Shirt on wich it was written: Italians do it better!

Thanks for the inspiration on this grand old tune, Marco.
I've been playing it on the plectrum for a couple of days now. I look forward to your next swing'en opus.

Omeboy, thanks for appreciating! I would love to hear your version on the plectrum, an instrument that allows very interesting inversions and, in some cases, better than those obtainable on the tenor.
