I figured that, since it had NOTHING to do with banjos, I'd ask my FAMILY PETS question on another site.
"Is it OK to have my pets sleep in the same bed as me, on chilly nights?"
ALL the answers were quite positive.
"Go for it, great idea, they're family, too" and stuff like that.

Hmm,, something tells me that while you were hemming & hawing about whether or not to allow your cat to sleep on your bed he , in a sneaky feline revenge trip, decided to catch a few goldfish one night at 3am…..
Something seems ..Fishy to me....
