Just got a preowned Deering Sierra resonator tenor for Irish music and pretty sure a really good setup will help a lot. Any suggestions on shop in the east Iowa or Western IL area? Thoughts on Old Town School in Chicago or Music Folk in STL? Not sure of any other folk instrument shops in Iowa and not interested in shipping it anywhere, but let me know if you've got suggestions.

Just curious what you feel might be needed? I'd expect a Sierra to sound pretty good out of the box (even if used)?

It's a 2006 model and did sound good, but action was high it seemed.  Still plays fine and sounds good, but just want to make sure it is playing and sounding its best.  Great banjo.  Heavy!
