Nice find!! Strom banjos are a pretty odd bird. At one point I owned a Strom Golden Double Eagle. I think it was the top level instrument they ever produced. Sold it to a collector in California some years back. (pics below).
Serial number would be on a very small sticker on the exterior of the pot, but that may be hidden by the tension hoop and the head.
These instruments do not come up for sale very often and based on that, a value would pretty hard to pin down. Yours looks like a pretty nice model. Don’t hold me to this …but 900 to 1100 $ to someone who really wants it and if there are no issues and a nice case.
Here's a link to a long-ago Hangout discussion on Strom banjos. It doesn't identify your model, but does note that Strom used model names. Doesn't rule out numbers.
Also learned from that conversation is that Richelieu bought Strom in the 1970s and that Ronnie Stoneman played one.

If people are looking for these, they sure don't talk about it here. As to value, the few listings I can find are old and in the range of $1100 to $1400, but not necessarily for your model. I guess they're no more valuable than 1970s Ode Style C or US-made Fender Artists.
