Hi All - I'm trying to get the chords for this song and think that I am close but I think that there is something going on before the F#. Can someone help with this?
I don't hear anything but the I and Vth chord on the opening stanza. And the Vth is pretty quick before returning to the I. That's all I hear in the entire song.

Ok, that's what I'm thinking also. In the video the lead seems to briefly switch to something before the F# which kinda looks like an A. Maybe a 7th something. I'm not really a guitar player so it's not clear to me what's happening. I'm thinking I just play the I and V and ignore what he's doing there.

Probably just a walk-up note between the two chords. Yeah, just ignore it and it will go away.

This song is in the Mixolydian Mode which in the key of B means to change A#'s into A natural. Notice a bluesy tension added by all the participants adding that A note into the mix.
