Ok, that's what I'm thinking also. In the video the lead seems to briefly switch to something before the F# which kinda looks like an A. Maybe a 7th something. I'm not really a guitar player so it's not clear to me what's happening. I'm thinking I just play the I and V and ignore what he's doing there.

This song is in the Mixolydian Mode which in the key of B means to change A#'s into A natural. Notice a bluesy tension added by all the participants adding that A note into the mix.
