Need to have a tailpiece punched. Anyone have contact information for someone who might be able to do this?
Last post on this that I could find was from 7 years ago, so figured I would see if anyone had a recommendation before I try to find contact info for folks who may no longer be in the business. Thanks!

You really don't have to punch 'em......just run the G / third string underneath the tailpiece

Sometimes a solution is so simple and elegant you just can't see it. Thanks for this.
I just made a dimple with a punch and drilled it at my drill press. I just put a little block of wood under it.
Then I used a small round file to take the edge off and give a little slant. That made it a little oval shape.
Lastly I used the Triangular file to make a tiny notch in the dead center of the front lip bottom.
I hide mine just under the flip top so it still looks like a tenor. 26 grover presto.
