I reached out to RD on his Cotton Blossom book and CD. The book is out of print. He suggested contacting Elderly to see if they had plans for a new order. I contacted them and they have no current plans.
Just wanted to add my name to the list from the previous thread of those interested in the Cotton Blossom book and audio files (CD or whatever format) if/when they become available.
I have RDs first book of 21 drop thumb tunes with the audio and have found it valuable in learning clawhammer.
I would purchase one from a new printing

Thanks for your interest in my books/CD's.
Actually, the hold up is on my end. The books have been out of print for some time. Drop-Thumb came out in 2001, and Cotton Blossom in 2005. They sold briskly in the beginning, but sales became too slow in the last few years to keep them stocked.
My intention is to get them back in print, but at this point I am dealing with some obsolete computer files.... and on my inclination for procrastination.
Once I can get them back in print, I'm guessing Elderly may stock them again. My suggestion is to check the Elderly site every now and then in the event I get it together.
Once the books are available I'll post on the BHO to that effect.
In the event anyone is interested in the CD's, I have plenty of those. Copious information is included in the tab books, however the CD's include no more than a track listing.
