Here is a Masterpiece of arranging if there ever was one. I was very lucky to have studied with Bill for several years and, to have him teach at my "Fretted Instruments School" in the Village NYC way back in the late 60s to early 70s...Jack   p.s. Hans Holzherr has given us this Gift.

One of the clever things Mr. Bill does, in playing the tune first time through without touching the fretboard, is to get the C note by reaching up to the peghead and stretching the 2nd string from B up to C.

The 2nd string tuner is tuned between A and B, and the1st string tuner between D and E.  Have to get the C somehow !  smiley
