After listening several times, I think this tune would fit Eagles if they played bluegrass. Seems to have an Eagles sort of vibe in its chord progression.

Great tune — this is your original composition Laurence Diehl?

It’s fresh and takes some unexpected turns that immediately grab your ear, with just the right amount of familiar elements to latch onto. Great playing too of course!

One of mine yes. And as you say, something familiar with a few surprises in there. Wouldn’t be out of place on an old Country Gazette album I think.
