Go to this website and download Tabledit...Jack

The full TablEdit costs money (but is worth it!). Otherwise you can download TefView (from the same page) which is free. In the full TablEdit ypu can edit the tab, and write new tabs, in TEFView you can only read the tab, and listen to the midi file attached to the tab.
