I've been thinking about buying a banjo uke. They are very hard to find in shops around here. What size of banjo uke did George Formby use [concert/tenor/etc.] I don't want to buy the wrong one. He used a Gibson UB 3 and a Dallas-thanks.

George played several Soprano scale instruments: Ludwig (14 3/8"), Gibson UB-1 & 2 (13 7/8"), Dallas (14 3/4").
I have a cheap banjo-uke by the gewa company, I have fun playing it…
