I just got home from my favorite neighbor's log cabin 1 mile from here.
Went over some tunes with the fiddle and mandolin player of the house who also is a fine cook.
I don't know what kind of meat it was,but it was in gravy along with all the potato,greens and beets.
Some kind of baked apple thing and I had 243 in the Scrabble game which will win many a game,but the Lady of the House won tonight with 250 and English is her second language.

Spring has sprung here in Alberta , , high today was 57*F (^~ Centilsius) with sunny skies. Some guy walked past wearing sandals without socks…!
We're having a pre-Easter cold front. 36 here this morning: cold, damp, miserable. One more day and the spring weather will be back (I hope).
Should have been here in da U.P. last weekend!!!

Dammit, hot soup season is supposed to be over. Our snow and ice from last weeks storm melted, and then I wake up to this $hit this morning!!!
