This is one of my favorite banjo instrumentals as well. I love the chord structure, moving between the happy-go-lucky “A” section and that lonesome Emin in the “B” section… and the way it resolves back is so… satisfying...
I’ve come across some great/unique/inspirational approaches to it, and never tire of hearing it.

This is a great piece to learn for people just getting into melodic style because you can do the A part in melodic and the B part in rolls.
Nicely done. It's an uplifting tune and a lot of fun to play. Brings back memories of what a thrill it was when I first found out I could play a cascading, impressive sounding melody on the banjo. The appealing, rolling contours of Blackberry Blossom, I think, make it a beloved and enduring tune.
