Can anyone advise if they have had any success trying to get hold of anyone (in person) at Bluegrass Unlimited? Short version - I have been subscribing to BU for many years. My subscription expires very soon. I have in fact called BU and get a voice message, I always leave a message. The message also goes on to say, "leave name/number, and someone WILL CALL you back." I have left two or three messages (with name and number) and as of yet (a couple weeks have passed now) I have NOT gotten a call back. I don't remember the exact hours the voice message on their end said, (as far as calling during business hours) but I have made it an absolute point to call during that time period the message advised to call.... still, can never reach a real person.
