I watched a video the other nite : 'Good Will Hunting' ?
'Minnie Driver' was a love interest to Matt D.
I sure don't now why, but she makes me slightly cross-eyed! ( I look away)
Do you find any particular actor irksome?...

Actors don't affect me quite that deeply.

When my kids would ask about someone with “crossed eyes”. I’d tell them …
That’s so they can fish with one eye , and look for worms with the other!!!

Imo, you're probably focusing too much on her jawline, Roxsanne.

Oh I have a hard time talking with the cross-eyed! I never know where to look and I'm always switching from one eye to the other!

Onto a tangent, but ... when I left the farm for school in the big city I discovered that I was a bit behind my classmates in some regards.  One of those regards was in playing basketball.  One of my classmates was lefthanded and could switch his cross-eyed on/off.  Until I learned some stuff, guarding him was a real handful ... and even after I learned some stuff,  he was still considerably better'n me.  sad

The secrit to looking at while speaking with a crosseyed or walleyed person..
Is just pick one eye to focus on..
You will most likely pick thier dominent eye..

When you do this it allows you to have the conversaytion with them much better..

N..frankley makes them feel much more excepted..
A good thing imo.. :0)

how is the dominate eyeball the right one?
Suggesting staring at a nose I would think best, as unlike myself, I also involuntary create X'd eyes, as well looking at Minnie D ...get double vision!..thank goodness when I looks away normal vision returns..

There’s a simple test that you can do to tell which one of your eyes is dominant but trying to explain it to someone cocked eye may be offensive. “Hey buddy can you try something for me”? You might see more confusion on their face.
