I've gone done the rabbit hole of punk folk and I found this version of Cukoo.

I never knew Seeger didn't play CH all down strokes. I'm trying to do this now, but it's like my hand doesn't want to cooperate. Any advice on playing this technique?

Looks like a stream of "dit-tie" strums with an upward strum throw in, plus an occasional "dit" without the thumb "ty." I like it1 banjered

You will find all of Pete Seegers styles in his banjo instruction book, plus he made a lot of it up on the fly too.

I up pick the BUM in Bum Dit Ty.. It's pretty different and distinguishably different than traditional. It's something I kind of figured out on my own, and a lot of people say Seeger when I do it, but when I listen to him play, something doesn't quite seem right.

I notice you lead with an up pick, but the timing seems a little different than what I do. I'm going to try your style when I get home. It sounds amazing, by the way.
