Hi All,
I’m going to be fitting a goat hide to my 12” deep rim pot soon and just wanted to post on here for any tips and tricks people might have. Seen many different methods of doing it and a bit torn on which method to follow. My hide size is 16” so not a huge amount of excess. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I glued and tacked mine when I made a salad bowl banjo, a gluey, slimey, messy business but it helps if you drill small pilot holes first.
