The Old Country Store in Floyd used to have a Friday night jam session that was a lot of fun until someone turned it into a paid venue. I never went back after that.

Do they still have Sunday afternoon jams? They were unpaid when I was there but that was a few years back.

I made a conventionally activated one for each of daughter #1 and daughter #2. I'm pretty sure they [i.e. the limberjacks] didn't make it to adulthood.*

I've been gone from Virginia for over twenty years so I don't know. And, the few times I have been back there, I have never been back to Floyd.
