I received a 1967 Goya Norfolk 5 String Banjo a while back. Cannot seem to find any info online about it. Looking to find out about it, value, etc. Would anyone have anything on this?

Entry level, Asian-made banjo, these things have cranked out for decades in various countries (S. Korea, China, etc...). Goya was just one of numerous names that were stenciled onto the headstock.
With a proper set-up and some tweaking, they can turned into decent starter/learner banjos.
These things sell everyday on eBay for $100.00, $150.00, maybe $200.00 on a good day.
Not to mention it sports the highly praised and often over priced "pre-EPA" Weather King head.
if its an 11 inch head, the weather king head is worth more than the banjo. $100 for the head, 50 to hundred for the rest of it.

Beat me to it! Fine for a starter, so enjoy it and don't worry about the value.
Goya was a Japanese brand. China weren't making banjos at that time I believe. Given that vintage the pot/rim should be solid aluminium.
The Goya brand wasn't selling Asian-built instruments yet in 1967; everything was coming from Europe. This is a 1970s banjo - possibly 1980s - but I agree that it's most likely Japanese in origin.
