I have been trying to contact Bob via email for about 4 days but am not getting any response. Does anyone know if he is OK?

Wayne,
My long time smakula.com server crashed (or something) in late September. If you were using any of my old email addresses, I can see why you might have trouble finding me. I now use gmail addresses. I'll send an email to you in short order. I have received plenty of emails in the last few weeks, so shouldn't be a problem.
