Can anyone point out the chords and tuning to me?

Well I found this video that shows the chords really good. I don't understand how others figure this out on their own.
It appears to be G, C, and D7

Hi. That's a fun tune. He's playing in "classic" C tuning gCGBD, using mostly C and G or G7 chords, with an occasional F chord in the chorus.
To get to that tuning from G tuning, simply drop the 4th string two frets to C. The C chord is the same as in G, but with the fourth string open. G is the fourth string second fret. G7 is the G chord plus the first string third fret. F is second string, first fret, third string, second fret (like D7), and first string third fret. I usually use the little finger for that note.
It's a wonderful tuning, neglected in recent years.
