But, may we remind people of what USUALLY happens, when one country feels like taking over part or all of another?
On the other hand, if nobody ever tried that, there would be no such thing as a PreWar Gibson.

I think that there's a simple solution for those in the United States who are so enamored with Greenland. I think that they should resign from their job in the United States, buy property in Greenland and move their family there.
I think he should just impose a tax on all foreigners living abroad.

I'm pretty sure the standard of living in WI is higher than the Eastern Seaboard.

Having heard of the QEW, but never having actually had the "pleasure," I naturally (?) had to consult the all-knowing Google. It tells me the volume can average 1/4 of a million vehicles a day. How would you find the time to be harassed?? 
We used to stand on QEW overpasses and drop rotten tomatoes on cars with blue/orange NY licence/license plates. Harassment plus!

I was stationed in Panama for 7 months, yuck...no surfing, no beach clubs, dirty...but we already have a significant presence there militarily. I can personally vouch for Fiji and Costa Rica. Ive only heard Ecuador has eternal spring weather, beautiful mountains and great surf...plus they are on the USD and love ex pats. Priorities, we need more US owned vacation spots.

I was just thinking strategically we get the canal back and work our way back north LOL. We have different priorities though lots of great vacation spots in the CONUS where we can drive the RV.

And, try driving in Montreal lately. The jam starts before you even get to the island. Which reminds me - if the U.S. wants Canada, they're gonna hafta learn French ... and like poutine!
