Can anyone help me work out the tuning on this amazing version of blackest crow? I think its aCGCD with a capo on 2nd but something doesnt sound quite right!! Would love to be able to play this one, thanks in advance!!

You are probably right on the tuning. Myself I prefer G tuning using mostly open G and EM and first position, not needing to go so far up the neck. When singing I prefer the simplest banjo arrangement in order to focus on the singing, but that is just me, no right or wrong, whatever floats YOUR boat. banjered
I agree that aCGCD capoed at the 2nd fret (or aDADE with no capo) sounds right.
