If you want an A-scale, should be a nice player. Banjos with the donut tone ring have reasonable volume and tend to be mellow without being thuddy.
I have a maple version of the same banjo in progress with a regular 5 string neck and the same inlays only blond wood . Any thoughts or interest in that one ? No pictures yet as I havent. Set the dowel stick yet
